~~~ 18 Feb 1763 — the 150 acre property of Winifred Claiborne Gouldman, where her home was almost since Day One of marriage, transfers into her ownership by/from James Garnett. It is unclear as to what role James Garnett had in the property to begin with. It may be that the land was put into trust or as a bond prior to the death of Francis Gouldman early in 1763.
