Charles Lane Golden, “Charley”, was the grandson of Isaac Golden (1785 – 1860) and Ruth Sheehan (c1774-1860), and great-grandson of William and Nellie Golden.
Parents: William Harvey Golden (1811 – 1881) and Elizabeth C Murphy (1821–1867).
He was married to Melissa A. Watley of Pike, Georgia, with two daughters: Lillie B Golden, b1897 and Frances Golden b1912.

Charles Lane Golden ran a butcher shop (meat market) in Atlanta, Georgia for almost 30 years.
Relationship: 2nd cousin (x3 removed).
