Golding / Golden / Goulding et al Family History on Facebook
Thomas and Elizabeth Goulding were witnesses to the probated will of William Grant, proven 25 May 1736 at Norfolk County, Virginia.
Relationship of the Gouldings to the Grants are unknown. I know nothing further about these Gouldings.
The probated LWT is a genealogist’s dream in that the daughters are named according to their marriage names, so intermarriage of the Grants with other families is documented at least so far as who married whom.
Wife: Ann Grant
Son: John Grant (Executor)
Daughters: Sarah Holms, Ann Pead, Alse Holms, Mary Grant … however in summarizing his ‘four children’, Grant names three daughters: Sarah, Mary, and ‘Marthay’ (Martha).
