Thomas and Deborah Golden of Plymouth, Massachusetts, circa 1752

Golding / Golden / Goulding et al Family History on Facebook

Thomas Golden and his wife lived at Plymouth, Massachusetts throughout the 1740s and at least the early 1750s.

Each was probably born before 1719, although where is unknown.

I have not been able to find information about this family after the birth of their children.

The births of their children are recorded in the records for Plymouth, but there is no indication as to whether they were born there. While it can be assumed that the children were born in Plymouth, the entries in the records appear to be post-facto, almost a form of census as all children are listed together under their parent’s name (see below).

Children:

  • Child Golden 1735–1736
  • William Golden 1738–??
  • Rebeckah Golden 1740–??
  • James Golden 1742–??
  • Johnathan Golden 1744–??
  • Lydia Golden 1747–??
  • Elizabeth Golden 1750–??
  • Hannah Golden 1752–??
